Sisay Tadesse Arzo is a PhD
candidate at ICT Doctoral School of the University of Trento. He is currently
working on Softwarization of 5G and SDN/NFV. He has got his MSc from University
of Trento, Italy and BSc from Hawassa University, Ethiopia. He has been twice
visiting research fellow at the University of Luxembourg, Luxembourg and worked
on energy efficiency in cloud computing and published two IEEE papers. He had
also been working at Huawei as a Microwave Engineer: participating in
EthioTelecom Projects for Addis Ababa Region (AAR), North West Region (NWR),
and South South West Region (SSWR). Moreover, he has demonstrable history of
working in the telecommunications industry as Electrical Engineer II at
EthioTelecom, participating in NGN Project. He is skilled in C/C++, Java, Matlab, and NS-3 simulation.
Recently, he has been a lecturer at Addis Ababa Institute of Technology, Addis
Ababa University, Ethiopia. He provided numerous courses in networking and
telecommunication for undergraduate Electrical and Computer Engineering
students for 4 and half years.
